Kickoff
At Cog LLC, I collaborated with Procter & Gamble on packaging innovation for leading consumer brands, including Native, Cascade, and Zevo. My role centered on Pantone color correction, aesthetic design, and hands-on packaging tests using Epson laser and vinyl printers.
Challenge
Ensuring color consistency and accuracy across diverse packaging materials and printing processes for major consumer brands like Native, Cascade, and Zevo. Each substrate, from aerosol cans to bottles, reacts differently to Pantone colors during testing. I continually strive to maintain brand integrity, readability, and shelf appeal while aligning with manufacturing standards and R&D requirements, which necessitates precise color correction, iterative print tests, and close collaboration with technical teams.
Solution
I applied Pantone color correction and iterative print testing with Epson laser and vinyl printers to achieve consistent, accurate results across different substrates. I collaborated with R&D teams to adjust for manufacturing limitations while refining the visual appeal and brand integrity of each design. By balancing technical constraints with creative execution, I delivered packaging that met P&G’s quality standards and resonated with consumers on the shelf.
