Kickoff
The 24th Annual Super Bowl Gospel Celebration in 2022 brought together faith, music, and football on a national stage. I contributed to the event’s creative execution by supporting visual design and branding that captured the program’s cultural significance. My role was to help shape visuals that balanced entertainment value with spiritual impact.
Challenge
The challenge was to create a design identity that appealed to both faith-based and mainstream audiences while honoring the event’s long legacy. The visuals needed to stand out in a highly saturated Super Bowl media landscape, remain authentic to the program’s mission, and adapt seamlessly across live production, digital promotion, and broadcast media.
Solution
I developed creative assets and a customized logo for the branding for that year. Correctly unified the event’s branding across platforms, incorporating bold typography, vibrant colors, and consistent visual motifs that reflected both celebration and reverence. By aligning with the program’s mission and audience expectations, the design work amplified the event’s visibility, enhanced the broadcast experience, and reinforced its role as a unique cultural tradition during Super Bowl weekend. Completed a new template format for sponsorship roles for key event messaging across all tentpoles.
